How You Opt-In
You may opt-in to receive messages from Cavnue through the following methods: During Service Onboarding – Providing your phone number as part of an integration or operational workflow agreement. Explicit Consent – Acknowledging and agreeing to receive messages via an online form, contract, or customer agreement. Operational Necessity – Providing your phone number for essential service-related notifications, subject to prior consent.
Types of Messages
You May Receive By opting in, you may receive messages related to: Traffic & Incident Alerts – Notifications related to road conditions, closures, detours, and incidents. Work Crew Coordination – Updates about scheduled or emergency road work, shift changes, and assignments. System & Service Notifications – Alerts regarding cloud-to-cloud integrations, system maintenance, and service status. Emergency Broadcasts – Critical alerts for immediate attention related to traffic safety and infrastructure operations. We do not send marketing messages without explicit consent.
Opting Out
You can opt out of receiving messages at any time by: Replying STOP to any SMS message received. Contacting our support team at [support@cavnue.com] to request removal. Updating your messaging preferences within your organization's Cavnue platform settings. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
